What are the best types of conveyor for handling pastry lines and when to use them?

Video solution to pastry handling line requiring double stacking of puff pastry.
This project used a variety of conveyors for different functions it has a retractable flat belt conveyor allowing puff pastry blocks to be double stacked and straightened with side guides onto a modular plastic belt it also incorporated a sensor bar for spacing a row of four blocks.
The type of belting required to handle pastry is dependant on whether the product it is packed, loose raw or frozen. Also what you are expecting your process line to achieve. It maybe you need to double stack your products therefore need retracting conveyors. Or perhaps you need to raise products using a flighted belt.
The most common belts are flat belt and modular belt.
