How to orientate your products with conveyors?
Product turners come is all shapes and sizes and the application used will be dependant on your product size, weight and what is required the types of conveyors that do this are set to automatically sense the product and rotate in the direction for the next process.
New range enabling orientation of products using our easy turner designs.
This project was manually loading tubes with a pusher plate onto a rotating table loading system which feeds a modular belt conveyor with a turner arm the product is then transferred at 90 degrees to another conveyor where it is then transported to the filler.
This application was used to turn cardboard box's using a zoned conveyor
