Tell me more about how steep the slopes can be inclined?
C-Trak can deliver a custom made elevator with angle slopes of up to 80°. Flights can be created at various pitches dependant upon products and adjustable speeds applied. We offer side skirts if required to keep product inside the conveyor belt.
- Providing widths from 100 mm to 1m.

Temperatures can be achieved for low and high ratings which is imperative for the food industry where raw products and bottling is required.

What are Flights or Cleats
Often we are asked if flights can be added to our incline conveyors. The answer is yes flights added to the belt to secure your goods and stop them falling off or back down the conveyor. The type of flights required are determined by the angle of your incline also the size and weight of your product. We have experienced staff to design the correct solution for your products.
