Our first case study is for a complete chain pallet conveyor system for an Industrial Farmer.
Brief:
Clients specification was to provide a means to accept various pallets of vegetable products delivered directly from the fields, loaded by forklift truck; pass them down two conveyor lines, inspect, label, strap and send to storage for further processing.

Special Features
The two lines were built around a central platform inspection area on dual levels for multi height inspection. The first and third conveyors in each line were designed with a special chain allowing accumulation of pallets without gaps, therefore utilising maximum space available. The middle (inspection) section on each line received groups of six pallets at a time equally spaced. Full operator access was allowed all around each pallet using a simple key safety system.
Clients Requirements
C-Trak supplied and install the industrial conveyor equipment in a new factory extension, whilst interfacing with other equipment and passing through new walls which were being built around our conveyors during the installation period.
One of the lines was previously supplied by C-Trak 12 months before. We had to reposition this, as well as extending and incorporating it into the new arrangement both mechanically and electrically.

C-Trak has provided us with a fully automated pallet system which has drastically improved the efficiency of our production process saving on labour costs and human error.
The system was installed with the minimum loss of production time.
